hand-me-down

My husband sent this picture to me from practice tonight.  He is so proud!  :)  His daughter (8 years old) is wearing a practice jersey he used to wear when he played hockey.
 Love it!!
When she first started skating, I was really consumed with worry; is she going to get hurt, is she going to skate well enough, and on and on.  Now, I worry less and enjoy her energy and enthusiasm.  The worry I had was keeping me from enjoying her games and time with other parents cheering on the team.  As long as she is playing hockey, I will worry.  But as long as she is having fun, I will support her!
